If your information changes, please update it through your account at www.saskexpress.com.<\/p>\n<p>General inquires, attendance notices, concerns and inquiries should be sent to Saskatoon Studio General Email: saskatoon@saskexpress.com<\/p>\n<p>Student class placement is determined by the Artistic Director, Dance Development Director and instructors with the best interests of each student in mind.\u00a0 Placement queries should be directed to our email above.<\/p>\n<p>All studio schedules, calendars and information are sent via email and then updated on the studio website&#8230;.. www.sesaskatoon.ca &#8230;..If you have forgotten or misplaced studio passwords, please contact us via email or telephone.<\/p>\n<p>Rehearsal videos are posted in Dropbox links for some of our groups.\u00a0 These links are posted with the class information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>REIMBURSEMENT \/ REFUND POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Costume fees are non refundable after November.<\/p>\n<p>Competitions are non refundable.<\/p>\n<p>To cancel a class, you shall provide a minimum of one month&#8217;s written notice to cancel monthly payments.\u00a0 Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the refund not being processed.\u00a0 To cancel a class contact the studio via email (saskatoon@saskexpress.com).<\/p>\n<p><strong>ATTENDANCE POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Students are expected to attend classes regularly.<\/p>\n<p>If you are unable to attend, you can email us!<\/p>\n<p>Students registered in competition and exam classes with three or more unexcused absences\u00a0 may be removed from the class, competitions, or require additional instruction at the cost of the family \/ student.\u00a0 We do respect and understand that students have other commitments, however we expect your classes to also be a priority.\u00a0\u00a0 Medical and family emergencies are exempt from this policy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>STUDIO ETIQUETTE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Students, parents \/guardians are expected to respect our directors, instructors and class assistants at all times.<\/p>\n<p>Please do not interrupt instructors before, during or after classes.\u00a0 If you have something you wish to discuss please email the studio and a time can be arranged.\u00a0 (saskatoon@saskexpress.com)<\/p>\n<p>Please remove outdoor footwear at the front doors.<\/p>\n<p>SaskExpress is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items.\u00a0 Valuables should be left at home.<\/p>\n<p>Students should wait in the building for their rides.\u00a0 The studio is not responsible for unsupervised children.<\/p>\n<p>Students are expected to attend and participate in studio events, including the Recital, Competitions and any other class performances that may be scheduled.<\/p>\n<p>CELL PHONES are not to be used during class and should be kept in bags with the ringer turned off.<\/p>\n<p>Appropriate dance shoes and attire are expected as per class requirements.\u00a0 Long hair should be pulled up neatly off a student&#8217;s face or in a bun for ballet.<\/p>\n<p>Excessive talking is not acceptable as it is disruptive to the class and the instructors.<\/p>\n<p>Water bottles with a sealing lid may be brought into the studios.\u00a0 Please no cans, juice boxes or coffees \/ teas.<\/p>\n<p>Parents are welcome to remain at the studio in the waiting area, unless invited into class by the instructor.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any concerns at all about a class please contact us via email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PARKING<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There is a parking lot in front of our building, please remain respectful of other vehicles as well as the disability parking.<\/p>\n<p>Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SASKEXPRESS CODE OF CONDUCT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All students, parents, guardians, directors, instuctors and employees will treat each other with respect.\u00a0 There is a zero tolerance policy for negative or hurtful behaviour.<\/p>\n<p>Positive behavior is expected during classes, choreography sessions, rehearsals, competitions, recitals and ALL studio events.<\/p>\n<p>Gossiping or derogatory comments in class and on social media will not be tolerated.<\/p>\n<p>When representing SaskExpress, positive and professional behaviour is expected.\u00a0 Any activity or comment that could negatively affect the reputation of SaskExpress is not acceptable and will not be tolerated.<\/p>\n<p>When attending any event or competition it is expected that SaskExpress families and staff will be respectful of ALL attendees.\u00a0 Any concerns regarding any other groups should immediately be brought to the attention of the Studio Director.<\/p>\n<p>Applause is the proper way to show support and enthusiasm for a performer or performance.\u00a0 Students are expected to be gracious when accepting awards at workshops and competitions.<\/p>\n<p>Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct by a student or family member of a student may result in the discontinuation of the student&#8217;s enrollment at SaskExpress.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONSEQUENCES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>First Consulation<\/strong><br \/>\nFor matters involving students, parents\/ guardians or instructors, the Studio Directors will meet with the individuals involved.\u00a0\u00a0 The problem will be defined on paper.\u00a0 Goals will be established and an approach for solving the problem will be determined.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Second Consultation<\/strong><br \/>\nIf the initial plan for resolving the issue fails a second meeting will be held and may involve the General Manager or the SaskExpress CEO.\u00a0 Another attempt to identify the problem and establish new problem solving approaches will be discussed.\u00a0 Consequences will be determined should the problem persist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suspension or Discontinuation of Studio Enrollment<\/strong><br \/>\nIf the previous processes fail to resolve the situation, the student and or parent\/guardian may be suspended from the Studio or the student&#8217;s enrollment may be terminated.<\/p>\n<p>The Studio Directors may immediately suspend a child&#8217;s enrollment at any time if they exhibit behaviour
